I tried this for my back pain, and am I the only one who had kind of an up-and-down experience? Some days it seemed to help a bit and I felt better, but other days I didn’t notice much of a difference. Shipping was fine, nothing really to complain about there. I’m still not totally sure how I feel about it overall, not a miracle, but maybe somewhat helpful

The device is fine, I guess, but it feels a little flimsy in hand. I wouldn’t say it’s terrible, but it also doesn’t feel solid enough to make me happy with the purchase. Mostly I just feel kind of stuck with it now.

I tried ordering from Redlightinnovation, it ended up being way more frustrating than I expected. The whole process felt clunky, like I was having to fight the website just to place a basic order.

The checkout kept lagging, pages were loading slowly, and at one point I wasn’t even sure if my order had actually gone through. After I paid, I didn’t get much in the way of clear updates either, so I was just sitting there wondering what was happening and feeling ignored.
Maybe other people have had a smoother experience, but mine was just annoying from start to finish. I don’t think I’d bother ordering from them again.

I bought this mostly because I was hoping it would help with my skin, especially some redness and just that irritated look I get sometimes. After using it for a few weeks, I do think my skin looks a bit calmer on certain days, like the redness isn’t as noticeable and my face just seems a little more settled overall. But I wouldn’t say it made a dramatic difference or anything that obvious. It was more like a small improvement that I only really noticed after being consistent with it for a while. If I skipped or wasn’t paying attention, I probably wouldn’t have seen much change. Shipping was totally fine and nothing arrived damaged or weird. Overall, I’d say it’s okay. Not bad at all, just not as impressive as I was kind of hoping it would be.

I thought redlightinnovation.com was easy to use overall. I was kind of in a hurry when I checked it out, so I didn’t want to spend forever digging around, and thankfully the pages loaded fine and I found what I needed without too much clicking.
I’m giving it 4 stars because a couple bits of info could’ve been a little clearer, though that might partly be on me since I was multitasking. It wasn’t a big deal, just took me an extra minute to figure out. Overall, it was a good experience.

I thought I was going to get a lot more for the price, so it was disappointing. After using it for a while, I didn’t really notice much of a difference, and it started to feel like I was trapped into trying to make it work just because I had already spent the money.

My order showed up in this really flimsy box with barely any packing inside, so of course the corners were bent and the whole thing looked like it had been tossed together in a hurry. I reached out and basically got the usual “that’s our policy” type of excuse, which just made it more frustrating. For what I paid, I expected a lot more care. The product itself might be fine, but the packaging made the whole experience feel cheap. Not impressed...

I returned my order and wasn’t sure what was going on half the time. I kept having to follow up for weeks, and the replies took ages. The refund did come through eventually, but it was way more confusing and drawn out than I expected. I don’t think I’ll be ordering again

I was hoping this would make a noticeable difference because my legs had been feeling sore, and I gave it a fair try over a few sessions. Unfortunately, after each time, my muscles felt basically the same as they did before I started. I kept waiting for that relaxed or loosened-up feeling, but it just never really happened for me. Disappointing overall.

I reached out to support about my warranty issue, but it still hasn’t been resolved. The whole thing has been frustrating, especially because it feels like a preventable hassle if the follow-up had been clearer

So... I bought a panel from redlightinnovation.com a few months ago, and it’s been working well so far. It feels sturdy, hasn’t randomly shut off on me, and it’s been consistent every time I use it. The only small downside is that the cord feels a little cheap, which is why I’d take off one star. Other than that, it’s been reliable and I’m happy with it.

After using it for a couple weeks, I’ve definitely noticed I’m sleeping better... and I actually have more energy during the day now. Happy with it so far.

I was expecting this light to be a lot stronger, but it feels weak. The area it covers is also smaller than I thought, so I end up sitting really close to it and moving it around more than I’d like. Maybe I got a weaker unit or something, but for the price, I’m disappointed
